Product Shipping :
Product shippment is the main part of customer service that we focuss, Our products are shipped through reliable, reknowned world class express/courier companys like FEDEx, DHL, UPS, TNT depending on destination, size and volume for fast, secure and reliable door to door express services.
We will notify our customers about delivery date in destination address once online payment is verified and get confirmation after completion of credit card verification.
After that we will make email notification about product shipping status, online shippment tracking status and send you tracking no to track online from destination itself. If needed, we will again make re-confirmation for the shipping address and sales status.

Shipping Charges/Calculation of Product weight :
All the shipping charges are made by following the standard rates of FEDEx, DHL, TNT, UPS. Shipping charges are based on product shipping weight with packaging and with its product size .i.e. dimensional volumetric size, weight of product.
We calcuate weight by product net weight plus packaging weight which merely depends on size of the products.
For small dimension products (which do not comes under volumetric weight) we do not add additional weight calculation but for big or high volume and sized products we do have to add their volumetric weight and with size as shippin cost i sbased on dimensional volumeteric weight which is IATA standard shipping rules.
So, we have to calculate and add weight with the products that we sell online.
Product Sample :
Facilities are available for supply of any samples to the buyers for final approval. Samples pieces are delivered according to availability, after customers' desire it and place order for it.
In case of customized designed sample product, it will take time and inform you the tentative date to finish the product. The sample product cost and shipping cost has to bear by the customers themselves.
Product Packaging :
We are very much concerned with the quality of products packaging and our clients satisfaction and safest delivery to the destination, so every and upmost care is taken before delivery of products. All our product items will be carefully wrapped and packed by Nepalese handmade lokta paper, protective bubble plastic and then re packed within required sized box.
Product Return/Payment Return/Product Exchange :
Many of our products are custom made and cannot be sold to another customer. Such items cannot be returned. No refunds will be sent for unauthorized returns. Please make your selections carefully and contact us with any questions you may have.
You must notify us of a problem within 24 hour from the date of receiving products in destination country, and we will review return requests on a case by case basis.
As we know that products might get damage during transist and improper handling, so we have to investigate the point of occurance, and will let you know details.
Occassionally, a package is damaged in transit. We will replace items that arrive in a damaged condition. To receive credit for such a package, you must report it to the post office that delivered it so that they can inspect the damage and verify it in writing.
You will need to send the package in its entirety (including all packing materials and box) to receive a replacement. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. You may request and pay for insurance for the shipment if you wish.
However we always make insurance on behalf of ours for the clients satisfaction in sensitive products and high value products through courier company.
Depending on condition and damaged products, we will claim insurance and refund your shopping amount or alternatively give same another products or other related product of customers choice.
Returned items must be in saleable condition or no refund will be sent. When a return is authorized by us, you will be given a Return Authorization Number to include with the package. Upon receipt and approval of the returned item(s), you will be sent a refund amount by Bank TT, Draft or any other payment means for the cost of the item minus shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.
